Pizza Crust


You will need:
1 ½ cups warm water (about 120oF)
¼ cup olive oil (vegetable or canola oil works fine too)
1 teaspoon vinegar

Preheat oven to 170oF.
Place entire mix and yeast packet in mixing bowl.
Add warm water, oil, and vinegar to mixing bowl.
Mix on low speed with paddle attachment just to combine.  Scrape bowl.
Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Grease two 12” pizza pans.  Divide dough evenly between pans.
Wet your hands and pat the dough out to desired thickness. 
Turn oven off.  Place dough in oven and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Remove dough from oven and preheat to 425oF.
Bake for 10 minutes.  Remove from oven and top with desired pizza toppings.  Return to oven to bake for another 10 minutes or until completely cooked through. 

Yield: 2-12” pizzas
