You will need:
3 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup blueberries (or more if desired)
Preheat oven to 350oF.
Line pans with cupcake papers (24 of them).
Place eggs, water, oil, and vanilla in bowl.
Add mix to wet ingredients.
Mix by hand until well combined. Stir in blueberries.
Drop into muffin papers with a scoop (muffin tins should
be about half full).
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes
out clean.
Yield: approximately 24 muffins
Variations: You can change out the blueberries for chocolate chips, fresh raspberries, or any other fruit or add-in you wish.

chocolate chips, or chopped nuts, or 1 cup fresh raspberries, if desired

if desired.
